1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Eclo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
2.1 Eclo
Eclo is a personal development mobile application that offers:
- AI-powered personalized positive affirmations
- Personality test (23 questions) to tailor affirmations
- Daily content adapted to your psychological profile
- Progress tracking and personal analytics
2.2 Service Limitations
Eclo is not a medical service. Our application does not replace professional therapy, medical diagnosis, or psychological treatment. For serious mental health issues, please consult a healthcare professional.
3. User Account
3.1 Account Creation
- You must be 13 years or older to use Eclo
- Information provided must be accurate and up-to-date
- You are responsible for your account security
3.2 Responsible Use
- One account per person only
- Do not share your login credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Subscription Plans
Eclo offers several subscription plans:
- Weekly: €5.99 per week
- Monthly: €9.99 per month
- Annual: €59.99 per year (best value)
4.2 Free Trial
- 7-day free trial available for new users (with payment authorization)
- If you decline payment authorization, a 14-day free trial is offered
- Cancellation possible at any time during the trial period
- If not cancelled, subscription automatically renews at the chosen rate
4.3 Auto-Renewal
- All subscriptions automatically renew
- Payment is charged 24 hours before expiration
- Cancellation available in your Apple/iPhone Account Settings
4.4 Payment Methods
- Payments processed by Apple App Store only
- Prices displayed in euros (EUR), taxes included
- Payment methods: those accepted by your App Store account
4.5 Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation: From iPhone Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Eclo
- Effect: Premium access maintained until the end of the paid period
- Refunds: According to Apple App Store policies

5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Eclo Content
All application content (texts, affirmations, algorithms, interface) is owned by Winterbloom and protected by copyright law.
5.2 Your Data
You retain ownership of your personal data and test responses. Eclo obtains a license to use this data to provide you with personalized affirmation services.
5.3 Restrictions
- No reproduction of content without authorization
- No reverse engineering of the application
- No commercial use of Eclo content
6. Prohibited Use
It is strictly forbidden to use Eclo for:
- Illegal or harmful activities
- Harassment or abusive behavior
- Sharing personal data of other users
- Attempts to hack or intrude into our systems
- Automated use or by bots
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 "As Is" Service
Eclo is provided "as is" without guarantee of specific results. We strive to maintain a quality service but do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability of the service
- Absolute accuracy of AI-generated affirmations
- Specific personal development results
7.2 Exclusions
Winterbloom cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits, or harm resulting from the use of Eclo, within the limits of applicable law.
8. Suspension and Termination
8.1 By the User
- Account deletion possible at any time from the app
- Subscription cancellation via iPhone Settings
- Data deleted within 30 days after account deletion
8.2 By Eclo
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or abusive use
- Non-payment of subscriptions
9. Service Evolution
9.1 Updates
Eclo evolves regularly with new features. Updates may modify the interface or available functionalities.
9.2 Terms Modifications
- These terms may be modified to adapt to service evolutions
- Important modifications will be notified via the application
- Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms

For users residing in the European Union, certain rights provided by local regulations remain applicable.
These terms are effective from September 1st, 2025 for all Eclo users.
